Re: A Century
He walked inside, meeting the slightly shocked expressions of some of the males with a cool glance of his own, moving within sight of Asema, feeling somewhat protective over her.
Even over the crush of the smells, he still could smell Asema, and he finally realized the pull would not leave. The party suddenly meant very little to him.
He moved to the couch, catching her hand and tugging her up and back out the door, shoving the annoying males trying to get Asema's attention out of the way. When he made it outside, he turned to face Asema, leaning in and kissing her roughly, his composure completely shattered.

Asema frowned when she was grabbed and stumbled over to where pulled. The whole time, her words kept on, going on about what the hell he was doing and why he was pulling her away so rudely.
But when his lips touched hers, all conversation stopped and even the slight buzz of conversation from inside seemed to have silenced as well. She felt her stomach turn and was too actually paralysed to react back like she wished to.

Re: A Century
He was keenly aware of how still she was and pulled back hastily, casting his eyes down and mumbling lowly
"I...am sorry. I do not know what came over me. You are not happy...I...you should go back to your party."
Making a small bow, he turned to leave.

"No, no!" she began almost instantly, almost too breathless to be able to get that out. "I just..." she muttered. She was disappointed in herself: why had she not caught that? She was catching less and less around this vampire.
Suddenly, she didn't think they would be a very good team. "Don't go," she spilled, though. Despite her actions, or lack thereof, and her thoughts, her words prevailed.

Re: A Century
He turned, not having the gall to look her in the eye; he did not feel he earned it. 'What? You do not wish me to leave?'
"Obviously," she muttered, then slapped her face ocer her hand. How odd, the way he made her act and feel. "No, I don't... I think you misunderstood..."
He tilted his head, honestly curious. Taking a step forward, he spoke, 'How so?'
She looked up at him, resisting taking a step back as he did this. "You make me afraid," she answered vaguely.
[also, I failed so bad with that last text, I won' bother to fix it. xD]
Laughs to himself, used to the phrase. 'Oh. That. I frighten you. All the better that I leave then, no?'
Asema sighed. "No, no," she retorted impatiently. "It's not you as a person that frightens me. You're not that intimidating, honestly." The last bit was an obvious add-on, being muttered as it was.
Aluraune folded his arms, very confused by the encounter, wishing to better understand her, but even more, kiss her again. 'Explain, then..'
Asema's eyelids folded, fluttering shut just longer than a blink. "I fear I will let my guard down." It was blunt and simple, it was honest.
Watches her for a moment before stepping forward, close to her, leaning in and brushing his lips over hers gently, murmuring 'Does that feel like a weak guard?'
Asema subconsciously found her tip-toes. She couldn't hardy comprehend what he was saying, but found it in herself. "Yes," she uttered, her eyes closed and her lips begging for more.
He cannot find the will to stop and leans in farther, pressing his lips deeply to hers, using the side of the house to rest her back on, everything else dimmed.
Asema let her small frame fall against the wall, but kept herself standing. A hand slid up to his neck, doing her best to kiss him accordingly, though she was quite new at this, said 100 years of no experience.
He shudders softly at her touch, sharing in her unsurety, having never had the chance to be with a mate. He deepens the kiss on a whim, staying close to her.
Asema's gloved fingers locked around his neck, though second later she had broken the kiss with her eyes still closed and her breathing loud and uneven, as if she were being tortured. Her hand subconsciously gripped tighter around the back of his neck as this continued.
He brushed his lips across hers, bringing his arms around her waist, struggling for words. 'Should I...stop?'
"I'm sorry," she muttered almost instantly. "I-..." How was she to tell him that the kiss had brought back a memory from her human life? She could hardly fathom it.
Takes a step back, bowing lowly, respecting her space. 'Do not apologize to me. There is no need.'
"No," she murmured, gripping his wrist to stop him. "I... the kiss, I had a flash of memory in my head. From my life." Her eyes closed and she took in a sudden, but calm breath.
Stands still, watching her, not wanting to cause her distress. 'I am sorry...'
She shook her let, smiling as her eyes opened. She refused to let tears out from the past. "Can we go back to the cave now?" she asked, her voice soft.
He smiled, a bit bitterly over causing her pain, and nodded, catching her hand and starting the tip back-
Asmea let herself calm, mainly at his touch and easily follow to the cave. She simply wanted to rest now, and today, beside Aluraune.
Arrives at the cave entrance, gently guiding her in, nodding to Noctem, who rested in the corner-- he had grown used to Asema. 'We are home. No more worries.'
Asema found her place of rest, easily looking up at Aulraune. "Do the sleep with the armour?" she asked gently, curiously.
Hesitates before shaking his head, in the process of removing his robe. 'One of the rare times I do not...Noctem is my armor when I am at rest.'
As Asema heard this, she glanced at the wolf, then to him, excited. She wanted to know how he looked without it, and awaited anxiously.
He eyed her, knowing what had to come next. Laughing quietly, he sat the robe aside and began dismembering his armor, setting each piece down gently, until off.
Asema smiled happily at the finished product. He looked obviously better without it. And though not very muscular, his build was perfect for her.
Puts the pieces in a pile, easy to reach, feeling her eyes on him. Looking over his shoulder, he smiled, oddly feeling no vulnerability.
Asema grinned softly at him, patting the spot beside her. She was more eager, now more than ever to rest in his arms.
Drops down beside her, his skin rippling at the proximity, murmuring teasingly. 'Need protecting from the wolf, or do you require something else?'
Her smirk widened and she leaned into him, her eyes continuing to stay closed. "I'll take the wolf," she muttered, teasing right back.
He looked down at her, amazing at her comfort, before slowly wrapping his arms around her, bringing her close to his untouched skin, wishing his armor had come off sooner.

Re: A Century
Asema's eyes opened and she instantly smiled. The body beside her wasn't warm, but having him beside her was even better than any warmth providable. She sat up, her hair dishevelled as long as her dress ripped at one end. She giggled softly as she slipped her finger through the hole; she could never seem to keep dresses well.

Aluraune stirred lazily, sitting up and stretching, shaking the pebbles from his hair. He turned and smiled at Asema as he heard her giggle, reaching a hand out to muss her hair.
"Hello there Asema. Find something to amuse you already?"

"Mmph," she answered simply, sticking her tongue out and pulling her finger from the decent sized hole. "I wish I weren't so clumsy..." she uttered, beginning to pick at strands of her hair. She was actually rather nervous around him with the way she looked at the moment.

Asema froze, her hand slowly finding his leg for help. She let out a soft breath and stayed silent.
A good minute later, she asked gently, "Am I not a high standard in itself?"

Aluraune laughed softly, smiling at the delayed answer, murmuring against her ear. "I suppose you may be, but if you are, I have not noticed. I have been too transfixed on...other things." He nipped her ear for emphasis, pulling back slowly.

Asema let out a noise, sounding quite a lot like a whine, then smiled softly at him as he pulled back. Her eyes were soft and one corner of her lips tugged up as she stayed still, transfixed.

"Is there something I can help you with? You seem to have something on your mind, my dear."
He sat back, his hands supporting him behind his back.

Shrugs, pausing mid-movement, thinking.
"I suppose not...it is more of a comfort from my past, I suppose. A reminder."
Laughs and looks over his shoulder, smiling. "Why do you bother mentioning it? Do I seem unattractive in it?" Grins playfully.

Aluraune smiled to himself, looking down at the armor longingly before slowly removing it again, folding it into a neat pile before redressing in his new t-shirt and a pair of jeans he had brought with him.
"This should please Asema," he mumbled to himself, smoothing them out.

Asema changed into her dress and fed quickly, a smile on her lips as she took her time, walking at human speed to get back to him.
She paused as she saw him in normal clothes. She couldn't help but noticed that he looked fantastic, but had no intention of thinking that it was there. "Are you... sleeping again?"
